Quick answers

How much does Unoa cost?

Downloading and planning are free, with no time limit. Premium costs €3.99 a month, €19.99 a year or €49.99 as a one-off purchase. You can try the yearly plan free for 7 days. Prices shown are for the eurozone. In other countries, the App Store shows the price in your currency.

Which devices does Unoa run on?

On iPhone with iOS 17 or later. If you have several iPhones with the same Apple Account, Unoa syncs your entries via iCloud.

Can I just record lectures?

Ask everyone who can be heard whether they’re okay with it first, especially your lecturers. Unoa reminds you before your first recording.

What happens to my data when I switch phones?

With iCloud, they come back as soon as you sign in on the new iPhone with the same Apple ID. Without iCloud, they come along with an iPhone backup.

Which languages is Unoa available in?

German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Swedish, Ukrainian and Russian. The app follows your iPhone's language. Under Settings → Unoa → Language you can pick a different language just for Unoa.

I'm studying abroad. Will the grading scale fit?

You choose the grading scale independently of the language, under Grades & ECTS or right on the transcript. Options: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Sweden, percentage and GPA. When you switch, Unoa converts your grades.

How do I cancel Premium?

In iPhone Settings: tap your name at the top, then “Subscriptions” and “Unoa Premium”. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancel during the 7 free days and you pay nothing.

What is the one-off purchase?

A one-time purchase for €49.99: no subscription, no renewal, and Premium stays unlocked for your Apple Account, even on a new iPhone. If you had a subscription before, cancel it afterwards in iPhone Settings.
